[Notice] Known Issues - May 30th (Revised)

We'd like to inform you that our team have confirmed the following issue listed below.

The issues listed below will be updated, added, or removed regularly as they are discovered and resolved. Please note that this is not a comprehensive list of all issues we are currently aware of or working to address.

[Current Known Issues]

◈ DESPERADO B218
- There is an issue where certain agent growth item images are not displayed correctly in the game inventory.
 * Affected items: Inferior Creation Spirit, Creation Spirit Egg
- There is an issue where clicking on items in the inventory does not display the item details.
 * Hovering over the items with the mouse displays the details correctly.
- There is an issue where the character plate effects in the Manage Agent menu are excessively displayed

◈ Journey through Memory Lane
- There is an issue where the ★ Grade of some heroes is incorrectly displayed as 6★ when obtained from the Door to Creation.
* This issue is a text display error, and the actual grade of the heroes obtained is 1★.
 * Affected heroes: Millennial Star April, Violet Sound Nika, Astral Sound Liffy, Defender of Justice Rachel, Emma, Griesel
- There is an issue where character motions in some animations in Prologue 0-9 are displayed abnormally.
- There is an issue where the name of the boss 'Falcon Elite Broadswordsman' in Prologue 0-3 is cut off and displayed outside the screen.
- There is an issue where some buttons cannot be clicked when returning to DESPERADO B218 during the tutorial after completing Prologue 0-1.
- There is an issue in the Help menu, where other tabs within the category cannot be clicked when the Help menu is executed during battle.
- There is an issue where rewards of 'Daily Log-in Time' event reward is not activating even when you reached the corresponding time for the reward. (Added on May 30th, 10:50 UTC+0)
* Please note that as a temporary solution, upon reconnecting to the game, the claim button for obtainable rewards will be reactivated, allowing you to receive the rewards.

[Resolved Known Issues]

◈ DESPERADO B218
- There is an issue where the UI displaying the names of NPCs located in the lobby is abnormally displayed in other contents. (Fixed on Jun 5th)
- There is an issue where the character set as the leader changes to Iris upon restarting the game. (Fixed on Jun 5th)
- There is an issue where material items in the inventory are displaying ★ rating on the item details. (Fixed on Jun 27th)
 * This issue is simply a text display problem and does not affect the actual item ratings.
- There is an issue where some parts of John Donk's modeling in the lobby are not displayed correctly. (Fixed on Jun 27th)
- There is an issue where the positioning of agent modeling in the Encyclopedia is incorrect, preventing a full view of some agent models. (Fixed on Jun 27th)

◈ Journey through Memory Lane
- There is an issue where rewards in the Hero Growth Reward menu are displayed abnormally. (Fixed on Jun 14th)
